On or about 7 October 2025, GameStop distributed warrants to shareholders, one for every 10 shares held on 3 October 2025, exercisable until the close of business on 30 October 2026.

The warrants trade under GME WS. In September 2026 GameStop disclosed holding about 43.4 million eBay shares, and coverage linked the money the warrants could raise to its proposal to buy eBay.
